In my career as a professional dancer, the physical side of yoga was the perfect way to keep my body in good shape. After a couple years not only asana, but also yoga philosophy became a very important part of my life. Thanks to yoga I have learned to accept myself and love my body with all its strengths and weaknesses. When dancing disappeared to the background more and more after a few years, a yoga teacher training was the obvious choice. After doing a vinyasa training I was looking for more and found myself in the studio with Marcel and Anat last summer for the Yin Yoga, Anatomy & Chakra Studies. Together they have given me a method where every person – in any way, shape or form – can get the best out of themselves. I am very grateful for the way they have inspired me and curious where my path as a yoga teacher will bring me!
During the Core Flow classes the emphasis will be on yang-the building of strength and stability-from the core. Core poses improve your balance and stability. They train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony. Incorporating elements of vinyasa and yin to balance out the class. Suitable for everyone.
