My Yoga journey started around 15 years ago. By now yoga is a natural part of my life. On the mat, but also off the mat, where life challenges and experiences are the most interesting yoga teachers ever.
Opening up the body with my daily yoga practice and doing my daily meditation makes such a big difference in how I feel and how I flow trough the day (and the night!).
