Slow Flow Vinyasa
Within each class Ashley works to interweave different elements of Raja Yoga. Attention is given to Pranayama (breathing techniques), Vedic Philosophy, Meditation and Deep Relaxation, allowing the different layers of the self to be nurtured.
She challenges her students to move beyond their own limitations and use their own intelligence to guide their practice. She creates an open, safe and inclusive environment for students to play, laugh, and explore their bodies and minds while simultaneously cultivating inner peace.
