Hanging Belts ‘to align the spine and free the mind’ with Marcel van de Vis Heil
In this workshop we use ‘Hanging Belts’ to defy gravity, relax the back muscles and create space for the spine. We’ll alternate poses in the belt and on the floor. When you do poses upside down, you’ll notice that you create more space in the shoulders, back and chest area.
This workshop is accessible to everyone, with or without yoga experience. Only 16 spots available!
